Cowliss is operated by Capital Enesti Inc. (Québec, Canada). By creating an organization you accept these terms on behalf of that organization. Thedata processing agreement is part of these terms.

The service

Cowliss is a prototype offered as is and as available. It may change, break, lose data, or be withdrawn at any time, with or without notice. There is no uptime, durability, deliverability or support commitment of any kind. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Plans and payment

Every organization is on a free or a paid plan. The plan sets the usage included each month and how many apps and sending domains it may hold. The paid plan is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; it ends at the end of the period already paid for, and payments are not refunded. Usage past what a plan includes draws a prepaid wallet funded by one-time top-ups. At zero credit the service stops accepting data and skips sends rather than billing an overage. Wallet credit is not refundable and expires when the organization closes. Prices and limits may change; the dashboard and pricing page show the current ones.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you send, the people you contact, the lawful basis for contacting them, and the content of every message and webhook Cowliss delivers for you. You will not use the service to send spam, to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you where the law requires agreement, or for anything unlawful. You keep your API keys secret and are responsible for everything done with them.

Suspension and termination

Capital Enesti Inc. may suspend or close any organization at any time, for any reason, including complaint or bounce rates, suspected abuse, non-payment, or the service winding down. You may close your organization at any time. Before closing, export what you need; afterwards your data is deleted on the operator's schedule.

No warranty, limited liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Capital Enesti Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, lost data, or missed or misdelivered messages. Its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the month before the claim arose. You indemnify Capital Enesti Inc. against claims arising from your data, your messages, or your use of the service.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the current version is the one on this page, and continued use after a change is acceptance. They are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada, with the courts of Montréal having non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
