Terms of service: Cowliss

These are placeholder terms of service for the Cowliss prototype. They will govern acceptable use, billing, and service availability once the product ships. Billing is prepaid, not a subscription: every organization gets a monthly free allowance, usage past it draws a wallet funded by one-time top-ups, and at zero credit the service hard-stops (ingestion is rejected and sends are skipped) rather than accruing an overage bill. The credit rules are enforced by the API regardless of what this page says. The data processing agreement is incorporated into these terms by reference, so accepting them binds your organization to the DPA.
